Loving son of Priscilla Schlegel and her companion Frank and Rudolph William "Bill" Schlegel, Jr. Devoted father of Maria, Diana and Nina Schlegel and step-father of Christian Rivera. Dear brother of Jill (Karl) Bocchieri and Leslie (Dave) Danowski. Cherished nephew of Sue Schlegel, Joyce Earle and Todd Schlegel. He will be truly missed by his loving nieces, nephews and cousins. Reposing at The Fredrick J. Chapey & Sons West Islip Funeral Home, 1225 Montauk Hwy. (1/4 mile West of Robert Moses Cswy.).
