If the Rams (8-2, 15-6) hope to catch Northeastern (9-1, 14-6) with eight conference games left, they know they've got to put the sting of the loss behind them.
VCU plays at Hofstra on Saturday. The Rams beat the Pride 68-60 at the Siegel Center three weeks ago.
"We're always hungry, but this just makes us more hungry," said Rams sophomore guard Brandon Rozzell, who scored a career-high 16 points. He has averaged 11.3 points in his past four games.
